 Müller Thurgau, a varietal that has found its ideal habitat in Alto Adige, is a fresh, long, and full-bodied white wine. Terlan's Alto Adige Müller Thurgau DOC 2018 is vinified solely in steel tanks and expresses beautiful notes of peach and nutmeg in the glass, in the best tradition of Terlan wines.

Pale straw yellow, the nose reveals beautiful notes of white pepper, nutmeg, peach, and apricot. On the palate, it offers a certain aromaticity and a pronounced acidity, characteristics that give it refinement and elegance. It finishes with an excellent persistent fruity note.

Also suitable as an aperitif, it pairs well with swordfish carpaccio, and more generally with steamed or foil-baked fish.
