Biserno is made from a blend of Bordeaux grapes in the Bibbona area, bordering Bolgheri. The grapes are selected in the cellar, fermentation takes place in steel tanks, and aging for 16 months, 40% in French oak barriques and the remainder in first-passage barriques. Further aging for one year in the bottle.
An elegant and balanced red, ideal for accompanying an important dinner.

Deep ruby red in color. On the nose, intense and elegant nuances of red fruits, tobacco, licorice, and incense. A majestic, full-bodied sip, balanced in its tannic and soft components. It develops in layers sip after sip, offering a very long finish with pleasant spicy notes.

Biserno pairs wonderfully with important meat and game main courses. To be tried with wild boar "alla cacciatora."
