Rosso Piceno Superiore originates from a very specific area. These are the years when, every time we return home after traveling, experiencing and studying other realities, we begin to look around with the eyes of someone who is finally starting to see again. Perhaps a little homesickness was needed, perhaps we needed not to feel the sense of protection of places where we know every tiny detail. And we return, like children, to observe our hills with exploratory eyes, surprised by the beauty of landscapes to which time had accustomed us.
Tasting notes:
Marasca cherries in spirit, violets, fresh notes of rosemary in a wine that, while faithfully representing the territory, also aims to showcase its most fascinating, engaging, and captivating side.
Pairings:
Ideal with all savory and structured dishes, including first courses with red meat ragu, game, cured meats, and aged cheeses.
