The wine takes its name (Airali) from the hillside where the vineyards are planted, in the municipality of Cissone (CN) at an altitude of approximately 600m. The certified origin, limited production, and manual harvesting of the grapes make Alta Langa a unique and highly prestigious artisan sparkling wine.

The aim is to faithfully interpret the uniqueness of the elements that express the personality of each vintage: for this reason, Alta Langa is offered exclusively as a “millesimato” (vintage), meaning with the production year indicated on the label.

Tasting notes: in the glass, it presents an intense yellow color with golden reflections and a fine and persistent perlage. The aroma is characteristic and intense, with a marked scent of bread crust, nuts, dried figs, and honey. In the mouth, it is elegant and savory, pleasantly dry, harmonious, and of excellent structure.

Pairings: excellent as an aperitif, it pairs well with fish dishes, pasta, risottos, and fresh cheeses, but it is also a sparkling wine for the whole meal.
