The wine is named Airali, after the hillside where the vineyards are planted, in the municipality of Cissone (CN) at an altitude of about 600 m. The choice to produce pure Chardonnay in an Extra Brut version is the result of previous internal vinification trials, whose outcome highlighted the typical and peculiar characteristics of this grape variety: acidity, savouriness and finesse in a palate sensation of vertical flavour development. These characteristics find a perfect expression in this wine, and we wanted to highlight them to best express the essence of our vineyard.

Tasting Notes: In the glass, it has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections and a fine and persistent perlage. The aroma is characteristic and intense, with delicate hints of bread crust and white flowers. In the mouth, it is savory, with a pleasant acidity that accompanies the tasting, combined with a delightful minerality that enhances its great elegance.
