“Anthologie Noir”, Anthologie from the Greek ἄνϑος “flower” and λέγω “to gather”; a Franciacorta born from highly sought-after selections, (in oenology, the term flower is associated with the very first fractions of must, precisely called flower must), in this case from only black Pinot Noir grapes. An important Millesimato, produced only in excellent vintages and in limited quantities, with an Extra Brut dosage; Anthologie Noir rests in the dark and silence of the cellars for at least 36 months.
