Santa Barbara's Verdicchio Classico dei Castelli di Jesi “Le Vaglie” is a white wine created in 1992, with the intention of both breaking away from traditional schemes and simultaneously paying due homage to the winemaking history of Marche. The goal was achieved, because while it's true that this bottle presents a typical almond reference on both the nose and palate, it's equally interesting to note how multifaceted the soul of this Verdicchio is, fueled by a drinkability that repeats thanks to a beautiful freshness. It's no surprise that this label has an increasing number of admirers – try it to believe it.

The vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks with constant temperature control and lasts 21 days. The aging phase lasts a few months and occurs in steel, after which bottling proceeds.

Santa Barbara's Verdicchio Classico dei Castelli di Jesi “Le Vaglie” presents itself to the eye with a bright and luminous straw color, with some slight flashes that tend more towards golden at the rim. The olfactory spectrum moves around a trace of long and deep notes, where white and yellow fruit is the protagonist with its different nuances. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, with a generous sip that moves on a fresh and persistent note.
