The brand new Santa Ana gin is a product of Bleeding Heart Rum Co., producers of the award-winning Filipino Don Papa Rum.

Working with local botanicals sourced from a partner farm in Zambales, Bleeding Heart Spirits was able to produce a gin distinctly Filipino in aroma and taste.
The Santa Ana recipe includes two local flowers, Ylang-Ylang and Alpina, and two local citrus fruits, Calamansi (similar to lime) and Dalandan (a type of sweet orange), which evoke distinct yet delicate flavors, ideal for everyone to enjoy.

This particular gin is made using partial vacuum distillation, an innovative methodology mastered especially in western France, considered the best way to treat flowers and fruits and help them release their fragrances to the fullest during the distillation process, without being altered by the heat generated.
