The indigenous Lagrein, vinified as a single varietal from one of Alto Adige's most renowned wineries: a genuine expression of the territory capable of satisfying even the most demanding palates.

After the harvest, with grape selection at the beginning of October, fermentation in steel and malolactic fermentation in the same vessels follow. It ages in large barrels.

With a dark and deep red color, it is loved for its intriguing aromas of cherry and blackberry on a violet background. In the mouth, it is silky, with a structured and soft body enriched by spicy notes.

It excels with flavorful dishes and roasts, game, and blue cheeses.
