Revì Brut Trentodoc is a Metodo Classico sparkling wine born from the vineyards of Trentino and an authentic expression of its territory of origin. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are at the origin of the cuvée which, thanks to bottle fermentation, rests for three years on its lees before reaching the right level of complexity.

Tasting notes:

With an intense straw yellow color, it offers floral aromas of linden, nuts, almond, and a distinct hint of bread crust on the nose. On the palate, it is crisp and savory, with the right minerality that balances exotic fruits, ensuring freshness and vigor.

Pairings: 

An elegant and refined product, perfect as an aperitif and as a meal wine, able to accompany shellfish, lake fish, and pasta dishes.
