The Revì Brut Trentodoc is a Classic Method sparkling wine born from the vineyards of Trentino and an authentic expression of its territory of origin. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are at the origin of the cuvée which, thanks to refermentation in the bottle, rests for three years on the lees before reaching the right level of complexity.

Tasting notes:

Intense straw yellow in color, it presents floral aromas of linden, nuts, almond and a distinct hint of bread crust on the nose. On the palate it is crisp and savory, with the right minerality that balances exotic fruits, to ensure freshness and zest.

Pairings: 

An elegant and refined product, perfect as an aperitif and as a meal wine, capable of accompanying shellfish, lake fish and first courses.
