Revì's Cavaliere Nero is an elegant and assertive Trento Riserva Rosé sparkling wine, capable of expressing the Trentino territory in the impetus and dynamism of a well-made bubble. Pinot Nero is the grape variety used in purity for this Metodo Classico sparkling wine which, after secondary fermentation, remains on the lees for at least 72 months.

Tasting notes:

With an antique color and fine perlage, it releases delicate red fruits on the nose such as currants and blueberries, accompanied by toasted notes of bread crust and yeast. Its olfactory density also includes aromas of vanilla and chocolate, giving the palate great persistence, excellent freshness, and minerality, refined by a capable saline backbone.

Pairings:

Ideal for informal aperitifs based on cheeses and cured meats, but also excellent with shellfish risottos. Especially good with foie gras.
