Clear, medium-deep ruby red color. The body is dense and compact. Beautiful arches immediately show consistency.
An amusing nose that ranges from ripe fruits like plums, tertiary notes of first and third nose, green notes on the finish with slow mentholated and balsamic hints, closing with a slight iodized matrix. Direct and pleasant taste with present tannins that combine with these hints of ripe fruit like loquat and young red fruits; symptoms of integrity and liveliness. Long and energetic finish.

Gustatory balance that concludes with a slight bitter note due to the balance between acidity and tannic astringency.

Ideal with game, asado, picanha, vaccavejia, Chianina, substantial meats, pork knuckle with vegetables and potatoes.
