Portofino Dry Gin is a gin with a Mediterranean character, created to evoke the beauty of the Ligurian landscape and its proximity to the sea.

Crafted to export the beauty of this unique landscape worldwide, Portofino is made by carefully processing 21 ingredients selected for their aromatic properties. Juniper, lemon, lavender, rosemary, marjoram, sage, iris, and rose are some of the ingredients hand-picked from the distillery's botanical garden.

Tasting notes: 

This clear gin floods the nose with notes of lemon and juniper, gradually releasing the aromatic intensity of Mediterranean hints of rosemary and lavender. On the palate, it is smooth and enveloping, offering the right balance between the green notes of sage and marjoram and slightly spicy ones. Persistent and full-bodied, it releases a fresh and harmonious taste.

Perfect for cocktails such as the Italian 75, made with Prosecco and lemon juice, or the Portofino Bay Martini with Vermouth and saline solution.
