Tasting notes:

Intense golden yellow tending to amber in color, it expresses characteristic peaty scents of the island of Islay on the nose, complemented by floral notes, lemon juice, cereals, and black pepper. In the mouth, it is energetic and incisive, evolving on a savory, almost saline texture towards a long-lasting finish.
