Planeta's Sicilia Il Bianco La Segreta is born in the Dispensa, Gurra, and Ulmo vineyards, located in the municipalities of Menfi and Sambuca di Sicilia, in the province of Agrigento. La Segreta takes its name from the forest surrounding the Ulmo vineyard. It is produced with 50% Grecanico grapes, 30% Chardonnay grapes, 10% Viognier grapes, and 10% Fiano grapes. The wine ferments and refines in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks before being bottled.

Tasting notes: 

It is a wine characterized by a light yellow color with green reflections. The nose opens up broadly and exuberantly, with hints of citrus, pineapple, and white peach. On the palate, it is fresh and balanced, with an excellent equilibrium between acidity, savoriness, and volume. The wine has a full and aromatic finish.

Food pairings: 

Perfect for accompanying aperitifs and first courses, it is ideal with fish-based dishes and soups.
