Chardonnay Planeta was born in 1985 from the desire to compete with the world in the production of this noble and widespread grape variety. After a long journey, full of surprises and successes, today Planeta Chardonnay is an icon for all of Sicily. The vineyards of Ulmo, Maroccoli, and Monte Cirami, cultivated according to sustainable and organic criteria, are unique in their location and terroir. The careful and precise fermentation and aging in French wood barrels deliver a wine unique in its grace and power.

Tasting notes:

Pale gold color, typical of the grape variety and wood fermentation; the nose alternates between sweet and precious wood, the sip is marked by freshness, the softness of the wood, and finishes with a certain minerality.
