This is the new project that tastes and smells familiar, like "returning" to a land that feels like home. Alta Langa represents our origins, particularly those of Armando Piazzo, whose family was from San Bovo, the town named after Bovone, the patron saint of livestock. It is no coincidence that the oxen and the cart loaded with grapes are the emblem of our Winery: Armando indeed used to transport freshly picked grapes in this way, just as his grandfather, from San Bovo, every morning transported wood to sell at the Alba market. A land in which we strongly wanted to invest both for the emotional value that binds us and to contribute to its growing fame. We are thus expanding our range of typical wines of the territory, after the Langhe and Roero, today we also give our personal voice to Alta Langa.

Tasting notes:

Straw yellow with slight golden reflections, the nose is complex and elegant, with aromas of white-fleshed fruit blended with more evolved hints of yeast, bread crust, and dried fruit. On the palate it is dry, full, with good persistence and a pleasant acidic freshness.

Pairings:

An excellent all-meal wine, recommended with fish and shellfish dishes, it is also perfect for an elegant aperitif with a good platter of cold cuts and cheeses.
