Matured for three years on the lees before disgorgement. Moderate dosage of 9 g\/l. A Rosé of great aromatic complexity with a very fine fruity bouquet.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eSalmon pink color, with coppery reflections. The nose reveals intense notes of wild berries, cherry, and strawberry, with lovely hints of grapefruit and lemon.
