The Cuvée Royale Réserve Non Dosé comes from grapes from Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards located in Ay and Mareuil-sur-Ay. The blend includes approximately 20-30% reserve wines aged in wooden barrels using the solera method. It undergoes three years of aging on lees before disgorgement, with no added dosage. This champagne is the most genuine expression of the terroir and Philipponnat's style.

It presents a brilliant golden-yellow color with persistent perlage. The nose opens with floral notes of hawthorn, strong hints of citrus, exotic fruits, and linden. On the palate, it unfolds with great freshness and minerality. The finish is long and persistent, with notes of green apple and brioche. Great elegance.

It pairs well with light fish dishes, sushi, oysters, and fish carpaccio. Excellent as an aperitif.
