Tasting Notes:

A top-fermented, unfiltered, unpasteurized spelt ale, refermented in the bottle. Inspired by Belgian Witbiers, it features Tritticum Dicoccum spelt, a cereal typical of central Italy (used since Roman times), and is spiced with coriander, orange peel, and honey.
