Tasting notes

A top-fermented beer, amber to almost brown, unfiltered and unpasteurized, re-fermented in the bottle. Inspired by Strong Ales, it is full-bodied with caramel flavors and personalized with raw cane sugar. Pleasant to drink, it cleverly conceals its high alcohol content.
