The grapes, at perfect ripeness, are softly pressed very shortly after harvesting and fermented in steel tanks. In spring, the cuvée is created and bottled for secondary fermentation. The wine is then aged on its lees for several years.

With a straw yellow colour, the nose recalls white fruit, cedar, and warm bread. On the palate, it reveals a velvety mousse and just the right freshness, enveloped by a dense creamy-fragrant structure. With its savoir-faire, it's a choice that never disappoints.
