Born from the vinification of grapes from a supplier's vineyard, whose land is located in the municipality of Fosdinovo, which geographically falls within Tuscany, it is a wine produced from the Vermentino Nero variety, probably originating in upper Tuscany and almost certainly a mutation of Vermentino Bianco. After risking extinction in the post-World War II period, in the late 1980s, Vermentino Nero was rediscovered thanks to the foresight of some local producers who resumed its cultivation, offering it in blends but also as a single varietal. Lunae was one of the first wineries to strongly believe in the potential of this grape variety, planting a vineyard of several hectares ten years ago. It is a wine to be discovered, with a strong identity, where acidity and finesse play a key role.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eTasting notes\u003c\/strong\u003e: Ruby red color. The nose expresses hints of red fruits, notes of violet and rosehip, and spicy nuances.
