Lunae's Colli di Luni Vermentino Etichetta Nera originates from vineyards located in Castelnuovo Magra and Ortonovo, within the extraordinary terroir of Colli di Luni, south of the Magra river, on the border between Liguria and Tuscany.
It is produced exclusively with Vermentino grapes, harvested solely by hand during mid-September. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, with maceration on the skins for 48 hours. Subsequently, the wine ages in the same containers for a short period before being bottled.
It is characterized by an intense straw-yellow color with golden reflections. The nose opens with an elegant bouquet, featuring hints of wildflowers, enriched by nuances of aromatic herbs and pleasant spicy notes. On the palate, it is savory, pleasantly harmonious, and persistent.
