Lunae's Colli di Luni Vermentino Etichetta Grigia originates from vineyards located in Castelnuovo Magra and Ortonovo, within the extraordinary terroir of Colli di Luni, south of the Magra river, on the border between Liguria and Tuscany.

It is produced exclusively with Vermentino grapes, harvested solely by hand in mid-September. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Subsequently, the wine ages in the same vessels for a brief period before being bottled.

It is characterized by a straw-yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with an intense and persistent bouquet, featuring elegant hawthorn notes, enriched by pleasant hints of apple, white peach, and delicate acacia honey notes. On the palate, it is fresh and pleasantly balanced.

Perfect for accompanying mushroom dishes, white meats, and vegetables, it is ideal with fish-based dishes.
