Lunae's Riviera Ligure di Ponente Pigato Terre Ferme comes from vineyards located in Castelnuovo Magra and Ortonovo, in the extraordinary terroir of the Colli di Luni, south of the Magra river, on the border between Liguria and Tuscany. It is produced exclusively with Pigato grapes, harvested solely by hand in mid-September. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Subsequently, the wine ages in the same tanks for a short period before being released to the market.

Tasting notes: It is characterized by a straw yellow color with green reflections. The nose opens with a broad and floral bouquet, with aromas of fruit tree blossoms, enriched by pleasant hints of yellow-fleshed fruit. On the palate, it is pleasantly fresh, savory, with a balanced and persistent finish.

Pairings: Perfect with typical Ligurian cuisine, it is ideal with fish dishes, shellfish, fried foods, appetizers, and fresh cheeses.
