The Colli di Luni Albarola from the Lunae winery comes from vines approximately 20 years old, located on stony, skeleton-rich soils in Castelnuovo Magra and Ortonovo, in the province of La Spezia.
Harvest takes place in the first half of September, with manual picking of only Albarola grapes. After a brief cold maceration, fermentation occurs in stainless steel, then the wine ages in stainless steel for 3-4 months.
The color is straw yellow. The nose reveals a broad and intense bouquet of wildflowers, Mediterranean scrub, and citrus. The taste is fresh and savory, with an interminable gustatory persistence.
Recommended with fried fish and seafood crudo.
