Sharis is produced in the vineyards of the Friulian institution Livio Felluga, located on the gentle hilly landscape in the province of Gorizia.

This wine is made by blending Chardonnay and Ribolla Gialla grapes, harvested during the first two decades of September. After destemming and crushing, the must is clarified by decantation and then left to ferment in special stainless steel tanks, at controlled temperatures. The wine is then kept on its lees for 6 months and left to age for another 2 months in glass before being released onto the market.

It presents a straw-yellow color with faint golden reflections. On the nose, it offers a pleasant and intense aroma of tropical fruit, followed by floral hints of rose and magnolia, with a sweet finish reminiscent of vanilla cream. On the palate, it is lively and very fresh, with a fruity attack that ends with a slightly bitter citrus note on the finish.

Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs excellently with marinated fish and dishes based on asparagus and vegetables.
