Livio Felluga's Friuli Colli Orientali Sauvignon is born in vineyards located in Rosazzo, Friuli Venezia Giulia.

It is produced with 100% Sauvignon grapes, strictly hand-picked during the first ten days of September. After delicate destemming and a short maceration, the grapes are gently pressed and the resulting must ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel. The wine is then kept on its lees in the same containers for about 6 months and subsequently refined in the bottle for another 2 months before being released onto the market.

This Sauvignon has a straw yellow color with green reflections. The bouquet is elegant, intense and penetrating, with complex varietal notes, including aromas of passion fruit, hints of mint and fruity notes of pineapple and white peach, enriched by nuances of tomato leaf and sage. The taste is fine and very elegant, soft, with an acidic undertone on the finish. The aftertaste is rich and captivating, with notes of citrus and tropical fruit and hints from balsamic to mineral.

Perfect as an aperitif, this wine is particularly suitable for accompanying asparagus, vegetable and legume soups, and marinated fish.
