Tasting notes: 

Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Delicate and very fine on the nose, with hints of linden blossoms, white peach, and apricot, like a watermark. The taste is characterized by gentle freshness, accompanied by vibrant savoriness; the medium-bodied sip modulates the balance, leading to a pleasantly bitter finish that combines pleasant memories of almonds and subtle notes of peach. 

Pairings: 
An excellent wine to serve as an aperitif and with seafood appetizers. A great starter wine for a journey where more structured white wines are anticipated.
