This Trento Brut is a sparkling wine made in full compliance with the requirements of the Talento quality mark: it is a cuvée obtained from Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes, which remain on the lees for 24 months, well beyond the 15 months required for Talento Classic Method wines.

Tasting notes: 

In the glass, it has a pale straw yellow color with golden reflections, displaying a broad and persistent mousse animated by a fine and continuous perlage. The aromas on the nose range from delicate notes of apple and pineapple to magical suggestions of bread crust. In the mouth, it evokes fruit and liveliness, showing great harmony and remarkable persistence.

Pairings:

It is suitable as an aperitif, for toasts or convivial moments, but also with light dishes during a meal.
