The production area covers a wide strip of the Friuli plain: an environment with a strong winemaking vocation, where grapes grow strong and rich, favored by the nature of the soil and the ideal climatic conditions.

The base wine, with added selected yeasts and sugar, is refermented in an autoclave at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, stabilization and filtration processes follow.

With a fine and persistent perlage, it is excellent as an aperitif or throughout the meal to accompany fish dishes.
