The production area covers a wide strip of the Friuli plain: an environment with a strong winemaking vocation, where the grapes grow strong and rich, favored by the nature of the soil and the excellent climatic conditions.

The base wine, with added selected yeasts and sugar, is refermented in an autoclave at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, stabilization and filtration processes follow.

With a fine and persistent perlage, it is excellent as an aperitif or to accompany fish dishes.
