The Chambave Superieur "Quatre Vignobles" from La Crotta di Vegneron is a blend of red grapes that give this Aosta Valley red elegance and longevity. Petit Rouge, Gamay, Pinot Noir, and Fumin blend perfectly in the Chambave Superieur from La Crotta di Vegneron, a winery that represents the history of men deeply connected and rooted in this wonderful strip of land. A strip that offers vineyards entirely south-facing, on steep and rugged hills, where the strong slopes and the typical mountain climate make this terroir truly unique.
Harvest in mid-October and maceration in steel for 15 days, with aging continuing partly in steel and partly in tonneaux for 12 months, before balancing in the bottle for 5-6 months.
Thus is born a Chambave Superieur that stands out for its elegance and softness, never neglecting a good structure and a complex, intense and persistent bouquet where the typical fruity notes blend perfectly with nuances of violet, vanilla and leather. Chambave Superieur "Quatre Vignobles" from La Crotta di Vegneron: one of the most beautiful expressions of the Aosta Valley.
