"Il Cacciatore di Sogni" originates in the Marche region, in the province of Ancona, and is a pure Montepulciano. Fermented with only indigenous yeasts, it ages for 12 months, partly in wood and partly in steel, and is a wine that bears witness to folk tales and adventures yet to be lived. Absolutely a must-try.

Tasting notes: 

Ruby red, with violet reflections. On the nose, it is pleasantly intense; notes of sour cherry and plum stand out, along with hints of leather. On the palate, it is complex, with soft tannins and a pleasant minerality.

Pairings: 

Excellent with meat-based pasta dishes and medium-aged cheeses, it can also accompany savory appetizers.
