Pink, like a rose petal. It's a cheerful wine for carefree drinking, young, fresh, pleasant.
It's a rose in color and on the nose; on the palate, it has the autumn softness of its birth combined with the summer freshness of its maturity.

Production and Harvest:
average production 2 - 2.5 kg per plant - early harvest in the third week of August.
Winemaking:
white winemaking from red grapes; thermo-controlled fermentation.
Pairings:
with everything that “is too much with a red, too little with a white...”; particularly pleasant between meals. Excellent with fish stews and seafood soups.
