A winemaking process based on a blend of Vermentino and Trebbiano grapes. The white wine from Casa Toscana Santa Maria “Pian di Remole” is a wine born from the long winemaking tradition of the Frescobaldi family. It is characterized by intense aromas and a remarkable fruity and floral aromatic expression, and is noted for its pleasant freshness. Aging takes place for a period not exceeding 3 months in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and aromas of the varietals.

Upon organoleptic examination, Pian di Remole wine presents a crystal-clear straw color with golden reflections that highlight the structure and freshness that will then be found in the taste. The aroma on the nose reveals clear exotic notes, such as pineapple and apple, accompanied by floral hints of hawthorn and acacia. It concludes with a delicate hint of honey. The taste on the palate is fresh and round with a good structure.

A wine that pairs perfectly with fish dishes, shellfish, pasta dishes, and seafood risottos.
