Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, with 16 days of maceration in contact with the skins. After malolactic fermentation, the wine matures for 8 months partly in steel and partly in Slavonian oak barrels, followed by a 4-month period of bottle aging.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eIt presents a bright ruby red color, with slight purplish hues. The nose opens with a complex and rich bouquet, with notes of small red fruits and floral hints.
