Ferrari's Blanc de Blancs from the Maximum line is one of the first labels created by the founder, Giulio Ferrari. Today, it wears the winery's colors, black and white, with the addition of red, which has always been present in the emblem, for a perfect fusion of modernity and company history. It is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes. Once the cuvée is ready, it ages for 36 months on its own lees.
Tasting Notes:
In the glass, it boasts a fascinating and luminous straw-yellow color. Its aroma is intense and fragrant, with notes of ripe yellow fruit intertwined with the bread crust and hazelnut tones typical of the Metodo Classico. It is a fresh and satisfying sparkling wine that delights the palate with citrus hints mixed with mineral sensations.
Pairings:
An elegant aperitif, it can accompany fresh buffalo mozzarella as well as a Sicilian octopus salad
