After pressing, only the free-run must is placed in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16 - 18°C, separately for each vineyard. In the following spring, the different wines obtained are blended into a cuvée and bottled for secondary fermentation. The aging on lees lasts a total of 36 months.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eTasting notes:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe \u003cem\u003eMilledì\u003c\/em\u003e is characterized by a straw yellow color, with green and golden reflections, and a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose and palate, it presents fine and refined citrus notes, enriched by a good and balanced minerality.
