Franciacorta Brut Milledì sparkling wine is born in vineyards located on the gentle slopes of Adro, in Franciacorta. It is produced with pure Chardonnay grapes, harvested strictly by hand around mid-August. After pressing, only the free-run must is placed in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16 - 18°C, separately for each vineyard. In the following spring, the different wines obtained are blended into a cuvée and bottled for secondary fermentation. The aging on lees lasts a total of 36 months.

Tasting notes:

The Milledì is characterized by a straw yellow color, with green and golden reflections, and a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose and palate, it presents fine and refined citrus notes, enriched by a good and balanced minerality. Overall, it is a very elegant wine with a pleasant and long persistence.

Pairings:

Perfect as an aperitif, it is ideal paired with appetizers and fish and shellfish dishes, both raw and cooked.
