It is made from 100% Nero d'Avola grapes, hand-picked and selected between late September and early October. Fermentation takes place, with maceration, at a controlled temperature of 26-28° C. Afterwards, the wine ages in oak barrels for at least 8 months and in the bottle for the following 2 months.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eTasting Notes:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt has an intense red color. The nose opens with an enveloping aroma of sour cherry and raspberry, enriched with spicy notes of vanilla. On the palate it is broad and velvety, with austere but gentle tannins and good structure.
