Winery:

The Terre Siciliane Kados is produced at the Rosignolo estate of Duca di Salaparuta, located in the municipalities of Salemi and Gibellina, in the province of Trapani. 

It is made from 100% Grillo grapes, hand-picked and selected in the second half of September. Fermentation takes place in small new oak barrels for about 40 days. The wine then ages in concrete tanks on its lees and in the bottle for about 3 months before being released onto the market.

Tasting Notes

The Kados has a straw yellow color with slight greenish reflections. The nose opens with intense floral and vanilla aromas. On the palate, it is broad and velvety, with a good structure and a persistent finish.

This white wine is perfect for accompanying fish dishes, shellfish, and white meats.
