The Terre Siciliane Frappato IGT from Duca di Salaparuta winery is made from Frappato grapes harvested during the second half of September. An intensely fragrant wine, rich and velvety on the palate, this Terre Siciliane IGT, from the first sip, evokes its original terroir and offers pleasantness, elegance, and structure.

Tasting Notes:

Ruby red color with purplish reflections. The nose is complex and intense, with fruity notes that anticipate hints of rose and violet. On the palate, it is generous, full-bodied, and velvety, with soft tannins and good aromatic persistence.

Ideal with pasta dishes featuring meat sauces and red meat main courses, it also pairs well with medium-aged cheeses.
