Don Papa Rum takes its name from Papa Isio, a great revolutionary hero in the Philippine war of liberation from Spanish rule. His legendary energy and indomitable spirit survive in every bottle that bears his name today.
Don Papa Rum is produced, aged and bottled on the island of Negros, the most important sugarcane producing area in all of the Philippines. This beautiful island, characterized by rugged mountain ranges, large white beaches and impenetrable lush jungles, produces some of the fullest and sweetest sugarcane in the world thanks to its volcanic soil.

Don Papa Rum is a limited edition rum produced from molasses of the best sugarcane from the Philippine island of Negros, which ages for more than 7 years in American oak barrels, at the foot of Mount Kanlaon. .
