Afterward, it undergoes fermentation at a controlled temperature of 26-28°C with constant pump-overs and punch-downs. The wine is then transferred to French oak barrels where it undergoes malolactic fermentation and ages for a period of no less than 8 months.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eTasting notes: \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIntense ruby red in color, the nose reveals clear and precise hints of red forest fruits, including raspberry, wild strawberry, and blackberry.
