Ceretto Barbaresco is made from a blend of the best grapes from the Asili and Treiso Crus, in the province of Cuneo.

The Nebbiolo grapes from different vineyards are vinified as a single mass to best enhance their characteristics and balance. It then rests for 2 years in wooden containers before remaining for another 6 months in the bottle.

It has a brilliant garnet red color with orange reflections. The nose opens with ethereal notes enriched by hints of leather and cherry jam. In the mouth, it is characterized by good body and tannin, which make it an interesting wine for cellaring.

Excellent with roasts, spicy cheeses, and game.
