Ron Centenario was founded in Costa Rica in 1985, in a true tropical paradise, rich in green forests, framed by many volcanoes and heavenly white beaches: in this dreamlike setting, sugar cane found an ideal climate, managing to produce a fabulous rum, Ron Centenario. Made from molasses and aged using the Solera Method, this blend of rums up to 25 years old is a joy for the palate, thanks to its sweet and seductive taste, and for the eyes, enclosed as it is in an elegant glass bottle.

Among the driest expressions of Centenario, this rum is a blend of rums aged in American white oak for up to 18 years in a traditional solera system.

This rum has elements of damp tobacco, pipe smoke and chocolate: imagine a cigar box full of chocolate truffles. Faint hints of orange blossom accentuate a pronounced profile of dark chocolate, nutmeg, allspice, mace, ganache and cocoa powder. The finish has notes of green walnuts and French roast coffee, ending with a rich and oily texture.
