The “Tre Filer”, in its sip marked by pleasantness and complexity, carries within it the warmth of the autumn sun, which gently \u003cstrong\u003econcentrates the aromas and sugars\u003c\/strong\u003e of the withering grapes. After the harvest, the bunches are laid out on racks to wither for a period of 90 days. Fermentation takes place partly in steel and partly in barrique.
